That really is all you have to do…. I want this to be a place where people can share their concerns and their triumphs. Their worries or obstacles they feel are getting in the way, how they overcame, or why they haven’t quite yet. To find that so many others feel the same way, and to just start anyway. I don’t have much money to spend, I don’t have a gym membership, but there’s lots I can do. I try to train twice a week, maybe three times, but sometimes I don’t train at all. And that’s ok.
